I feel confident in saying I saw thousands of eels this morning. Went out paddling in the bay and there were just so many of these little weirdos curled up in the sea grass

After looking into it, they were long sea cucumbers. I think the exact species is represented in a picture on the Sea Cucumber Wikipedia page.
