ok, it is official, i insulted a god or something else... now my thinkpad fucked up.. no deal, as a former sysadmin i can handle this... cos of my bad eye i had to ask my dad for help to change the ssd.. fired the box up.. and still have the boot menue with 4 linux and one windows bootloaders? am i too old for this new tech? Oo what the hell?

You didn't reconfigure your bootloader for listing any new partitions as entries, removing old ones, etc which you're supposed to do with grub. Don't beat yourself up over anything, maybe an issue with BIOS and bootloader was happening to begin with that didn't necessarilly require any replacement. · 7 months ago
