M46 was very difficult to spot. A few of the brighter stars in the cluster were evident but the rest did not show up until AV. When using AV, they looked like sparkles in the sand.

M47 was very easy to spot. Many of the stars were bright. Beautiful and reminds me of the Little Beehive Cluster.
