Align the mind and body

The body is important, but not the most important thing. That's one thing I learned today. Also learned a deeper level of the prajnaparamita mantra, plus one for the body. My spontaneous desire to recite Om Mani Padme Hum in the shower also seems to be a good thing. I could start doing nine round breathing, too. Perhaps the most important lesson was that it should be fun or enjoyable. The best practice is the one you do.
Tomorrow I will play games. I will swim. I will begin that course. I will build that rack.
