October 4th - Day Four

I'm not planning to work on my projects today. It's the last day of my

vacation and simply too nice a day out to be cooped up working on a

decades-old Powerbook in my basement.

I may try to squeeze in a little Retro-time after supper, but we'll see

how that goes. I have a LOT of GM prep I need to do for next weekend's

GURPS session, but my Powerbook is currently strewn about the table where

I usually do my RPG stuff and I don't feel like moving it... so the

Powerbook may yet win out.

I'M ONLINE!

I've put the Duo back together and have successfully telnetted in to SDF.

Everything from the old HD has been migrated from the Jaz drive onto the

2gb HD image and is running as well as can be expected.

That concludes the first of my two challenges. I'll spend tomorrow

further expanding the Duo's software components (it's already loaded up as

it is) and will post a few more pix on my Pixelfed account.
