ATA 00 - INTRO
- STA 0 is located 254 cm in front of the radome
- 300 is stabilizer major zone, 400 is the pylons
- A/C major zones:
- 100 = Lower fuselage
- 200 = Upper fuselage
- 300 = Stabilizer / Tail section
- 400 = Pylon / Nacelle
- 500 = L/H Wing
- 600 = R/H Wing
- 700 = Landing Gear
- 800 = Doors
- Z is a panel identification in the internal, W is side wall panel
- For jacking procedure we do align the plane using attitude monitor or MCDU alpha
call-up
- Maximum steering angle is 95 degrees (Pin inserted), Tiller steering is 75 degrees
- 14CA1 FIN number stands for flight control and autopilot, M are mechanical
components
- AMM Page Block 400 is Removal/Installation – Deactivation/Reactivation procedures,
PB 700 is cleaning
- PFR (Post Flight Report) is the first entry point on TSM (TroubleShooting Manual)
- A/C basic structure is made of aluminum alloys with stainless and Titanium in some
areas
- Composite materials are used for primary and secondary structure and represent
15% of the A/C weight (CFRP, AFRP, GFRP)
- FR36 and FR42 belong to the wing center section box
- Fuselage frames are connected to stringers via “cleats”
- Wing section ribs 1 to 13: 7 non load carrying fuel tank access panels are installed (Clamped)
- Wing section ribs 14 to 27: 14 load carrying fuel tank access panels are installed (Bolted)
- Vertical and Horizontal Stabilizers are mainly made by composite materials
