I have spent the past decade or so trying to get away from the big silos of online social media.

I'll be killing off the big G on May 17th of this year and then everything will be complete. I'm waiting until then because it will be 20 years to the day that I set up my first gmail address. I've been pretty much away from there for years now with my own domains for mail. Not soon enough.

I'm kind of sick of social media as it's now performed.
