A small hobby farm offering dairy goats and goat milk
Hello! Our family runs a small hobby farm. We focus primarily on goats, though we also raise our own chickens for eggs. We try to run our farm as holistically as possible. We don't vaccinate, use as few medicines as we can, and seek out natural options when raising our goats. The hay we use is unsprayed and most of our goats roam in roughly an acre and a half of pasture and browse. Our grain and alfalfa pellets are organic.
Milk
Update: Currently, our production just covers our needs. We might be able to sell a quart here and there, but we're not going to be selling much milk for a little while.
We love our goat milk, but we have more than we can drink and make cheese with! We sell our milk in gallon jars and half gallon mason jars.
The price is $12 per gallon, $6 per half gallon, or $3 per quart. Any of these requires a $3 jar deposit, or a comparable jar at the time of purchase. Note that half gallon and quart jars tend to actually hold about half a cup less than they say.
