Firma Odin Is Transforming

For some strange reason "Odin" rhymes with "Transforming" when I read that title... must be some sort of slight of mind :) Anyways!

Since I last made an effort to work on my capsule – and I do not know how much time has passed since then – many things have changed within my spiritual work. I'm much more stable now, for once! But also very busy. So busy in fact that I still get anxious when my grandma who lives downstairs invites me to sit with her and grandpa for lunch. It's sort of.... "difficult" to snap out of work mode, and I don't leave my room often because of the just mentioned anxiety. Which sucks. I feel like my muscles are actually getting pretty weak sitting on my computer all day (In Bed) and basically not moving except to get food or tea. It's been genuinely one month that I've left the house and the only reason I remember that it's been One Month is because that's when my little brother was visiting and he drove us to the store one day so we could get energy drinks and snacks. Literally one month On The Day that I have left the house!!!! What is this life..... :o

But I digress. Firma Odin requires my attention. That's the URL of my capsule and when I first added content to its pages I did so under the header of "Firma Odin". Apparently, that was a mistake, maybe it created some sort of feedback loop. How do I know it was a mistake? Unknown spirits were stealing my energy aka my life entered a Zone of Confusion. BUT NOW WE'RE BACK!!!

The index page on my capsule is used for manifesting the Actual Project that I want to be working on as a career. I do NOT have all the skills for realizing it yet, so the MAIN ADVENTURE section is a mess right now. But as long as the content on the capsule is evolving I know that I'm making progress. And today! I found a title for it! Let me backtrack one second....

If you research Tech/IT projects that take the name of Odin you get: a free VST synth (which I love using), a retro game console, a bitcoin project (because of *course*), a coding course project thing, and... I dunno these are the ones I actually remember. I used to have a bookmarks folder for these uhhh "competitors" I guess. So dedicating a magical programming project (as in: write code that is built with the help of the spirit work and based on metaphysical principles) to The Big Man – ODIN – just won't work.

Back to the topic. Odin is therefore not a valid name for a commercially viable yet free and open-source software project. Gemini itself has the problem of coming up with a name that then got snatched by G**gl*, knowingly or not I do not know. Though I do think it gives the Gemini Protocol a bit more underground credibility, seeing as it existed first and also adds more to human existence in general. But I digress.

Over the course of the last two weeks of spirit work I've deepened my connections with the Goetia, and I'm currently wrapping up my first project with Earl Raum, who has the skill of "stealing treasure out of kings' houses". Unexpectedly but also totally "on-brand" this has lead me into the arms of financial astrology, which endeavours to predict market fluctuations using cosmic cycles and celestial timing. I'm actually pretty good at astrology so if I make enough of an effort I can basically "hack" the stock market (metaphysically, not electronically, means I can't be prosecuted lol cos all I'm doing is having Really Good Timing). That also means that I'll have funds to invest in indie/small web projects and hackerspaces etc. That's the plan.

My own personal project will be uhhh I guess some sort of client that interfaces with BBS, IRC, Gemini, etc.?? But I wanna put astrology into it too, cos that's my interest. "Star Date XYZ Sector LAT-LONG, this is your crew mate speaking" I guess :B We'll see! I haven't done actual coding in a couple YEARS because of all the spirit work and spirit research and All That. I don't even know what language I'll be using! But hey, let's magic hack the stock market first before getting into code, I want to have a bit of stability first. It's been a rough few years....

So that's that for now. More ideas at a later date, probably very soon too, since the next demon on my list is Prince Stolas – or am I getting ahead of myself? ._.
