"Crafted by wind, brewed through generations.

Made from local barley, unmalted hops, strawberry juice, aged hops, and wild, airborne yeast. True lambics are rare; all come from one of fewer than a dozen breweries in Belgium's Senne River Valley, a region about 15 by 75 miles in size."

There are so many local breweries in my area that it's hard to justify paying the premium for an import. That being said, I always look forward to the opportunity to experience something new from a different part of the world.

This beer smells just like freeze-dried strawberries and ice cream. The taste is pleasantly sweet with a mild sour aftertaste. I can't make out any hops at all (at least the types of hops that I'm used to). In fact, this doesn't taste like a beer at all to me. It's more like a frothy, fruit wine.

Would I buy it again?

Not my style, but I was ever visiting Belgium I would certainly check it out.

How much could I drink in one night?

One bottle is enough.
