New Lagrange Fontpacks: Inter and Manrope

I've packaged Inter and Manrope as fontpacks for the Lagrange browser.

I've been using Lagrange's Android alpha as my primary mobile gemini browser and while I enjoy using the Iosevka Aile fontpack on my desktop, I didn't love the way it looked on my phone. Hence these fontpacks.
