Fiss (Forge Issue)

`fiss` is a command-line tool for tracking tasks, to do items, and projects using forge issues.

Supported Forges

To avoid locking into a specific file format, this tool is intended to work with the APIs of various forges to manage the issues. If the forge can handle task dependencies, then the CLI will also allow tasks to be blocked by those dependencies. Likewise, if the forge handles time tracking or tags or projects, then it will be exposed via the CLI.
