What happened?

Warning: The language used in this post is very metaphorical and abstract. For your own sake, don't try to dig deep into what I actually mean.
I was having so much fun. Now I'm trying to keep up with it. A lot has changed in the past year for me. And this blog post are some of my reflections.
Today I found myself on YouTube, watching STAMSITE and Matinbum, two of my childhood heroes. I still get nostalgic watching those old 2017-2019 Minecraft let's plays. I'm seventeen now.
Keeping up with the complexity
It was so simple, I went to school every day, and then just code for the rest of my day.
Now life has grown to become so complex. I didn't have to care about relations, studies, or interests. Those things just happened anyways. Nowadays, I'm stuck in a constant balancing act between those three things.
Importantly, I feel like I'm constantly failing that balancing act. I have a set amount of hours each day, and I cannot keep up with all of them at the same time.
Complexity in thoughts
My thoughts have become much more complex too. I'm constantly stuck in thoughts thats outside of the present moment. Some of those thoughts led me to writing this post.
I feel like I'm often over-analysing my environment, trying to explain the things lacking reason.
Is Daoism the solution?
The Daoists offer us an alternative to the complexity. They teach us that we should trust our intuitive intelligence - to follow wu wei.
The Daoists believe that we should let go of trying to control our environment, and just let things happen. Kinda like how it felt before all life complexity.
As much as I love the pure intellectual genius of what Daoism has to teach us[insert a hundred reasons why], it's very hard for me to implement it, and really for anyone. [explain the problem].
I'm leaving out the explanations because they wouldn't matter for you. That's because: 1) They require deep knowledge of Daoist teachings to truly be understood. 2) I encourage you to try to get to your own conclusions.
