In The Beginning
The last public meeting at the Grays Harbor corps was held on Sunday May 26, 2019. On May 31 we mailed an
and survey to the people who had been active at the Grays Harbor Corps during its last few months.
Here are the responses received:
Bible study: 4 weekly 2 monthly 4 in-home 2 public meeting room
Newsletter: 1 mail 4 e-mail 0 web page 3 local content 4 Army news
Meetups: 1 in-home potluck 0 in-home hosted 2 restaurant 5 picnic potluck 2 monthly 4 quarterly 0 annually
Group outings: 3 local church events 4 local community events 3 divisional events
Service: 2 food bank 2 clothing bank 0 community cleanup 2 other: Community Cares; if physically able;
6 I'd like to help organize and make these things happen.
1 The Army is gone from here and I just want to move on with my life.
And It Came To Pass
We began meeting each Sunday evening for a weekly Bible Study, the first of which was on July 7, 2019.

We had a
on Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Finch Playfield. Fifteen of us shared a meal, lots of converstion, and some music, and we watched the kids play. We look forward to our next gathering.
