Blueberry tart

Ingredients

   1 quantity of sweet pastry
900g blueberries
115g caster sugar
Sweet pastry

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

2. Rinse the blueberries and mix with the sugar.

3. Pour the blueberries into the prepared 25cm pastry case and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
