Overpopulation
Each human corresponds to on average almost twice their own biomass in animal ag. Pigs and cows and such.
Mammals on Earth (by mass):
- 36% humans
- 60% domesticated / ag
- 4% wild
Talk of “overpopulation” is pretty rich when we could just... you know... eat plants and cut down the mammalian biomass to a third. That’s not even looking at birds and fish.
