Flatpak Audio Plugins

Host application uses the "add-extensions" section of the manifest to indicate a virtual directory inside the flatpak universe to bring in for the host app's use.

Plugins install bundles they are exporting to the same folder.

TODO find out if plugins need special config or just simply need to be installed to be merged.
