reclass: Recursive external node classification

• Node classifier that operates outside of Salt/Puppet/Ansible/etc's node managing tools.
• Can do advanced queries on node's (ex. all Windows nodes in Europe.)

TODO think about this but with prototype composition instead; ex servers inherit prototype meshes instead of class-based tree.
