hartzer.sh: Gemini ideas

I wanted to share a couple of ideas related to Gemini.

The first, more of a plan and less of an idea, is that I'll likely save an IPv4 address and make this gemsite IPv6-only at some point. I feel like it's about time something was only accessible on IPv6, and a fringe tech gemlog is probably a good first step. I'm sure there are others, but I'm not aware of many.

The second is to add SRV DNS records to the specification. SRV records make failover trivial. We could list a few hosts for the same Gemini site and if a client can't reach one, it tries the other. I realize this is technically more complex to implement, and AAAA/A record(s) should be present as a fallback, but I don't think this would be terribly difficult to add. It's certainly simpler than handling this type of failover at the server level.
