I have experienced a number of unpleasant things, and a partial list of things I WOULD inflict on my worst enemy include:

• Stubbing your toe (especially, over and over)
• Burning your mouth on a pizza
• Stepping on Lego
• Stepping on UK style electric plugs
• Toothache
• A slipped disc and the associated sciatic nerve pain
