sounds delectable but can't abide the pig lard nor such an obscene amount of peanut oil so going to use this recipe as pretense to buy an air fryer and try to cook decent basque garlic fried chicken in an air fryer which should be relatively easy as we've never had basque garlic fried chicken and so we've nothing to compare with the air-fried version.
