Elon Musk has decided he does not like Wikipedia:

Facts don't make him feel good, I guess. I would have said that was a natural consequence of having divorced oneself from facts, but what do I know? I'm just a librarian.

A librarian and, apparently, a rebel. Of all the "this was not on my bingo card" things that have happened in my adult lifetime, "reading an entire encyclopedia is an act of open defiance and rebellion" is perhaps the most surprising to me. I thought I'd chosen the weirdest, nerdiest, uncoolest, most introverted, peak cat-ladiest thing I could possibly have chosen to occupy my free time. Surely there is nothing less cool than purposely reading that book no one reads unless a teacher forces them to. Is there?

(Then again, we've already seen how the new regime feels about cat ladies.)

So there you have it, folks: Reading the encyclopedia, whether print or digital, is in fact an extremely Punk thing to do. Which makes it almost unbearably Cool.

No wonder Elon Musk hates it.
