I'm taking my first steps (back) into the world of the small, weird web, having completely burnt out on what the web has become since the halcyon days of the 90s.

I'm not a tinkerer by any means, so this whole Gemini/non-standard web protocol thing is very much a baby step into that world for me. But it's already a lot more user friendly than the terminal based solutions that seem to fill this space, so I'm pretty happy!

I have NO idea what I'm going to write about. "Start a blog for all my musings" was on my 2025 to-do list so, here I am! I can't wait to see how other folks are using this space and what's out there to uncover.
