This gemlog is where I plan to express thoughts I have as I learn in the web. I take cat-v.org as inspiration for how I'll treat this gemlog as it's been a great source for many of my current beliefs (similar to holy books minus the holiness).

Warning to readers

On delving into sensitive topics, I make no attempt into being respectful or politically correct as some would put it. I like expressing myself freely & by putting restrictions on how I do so would make me feel fabricated.

However, as I hope becomes clear, I oppose the "isms" gemlog.blue forbids in their terms (namely racism & sexism). If I don't use neopronouns, make unpopular opinions or tell an offensive joke I believe it doesn't mark me as a hating fascist that beats puppies & robs the homeless. I strongly believe in unconditional freedom of speech & the free spread of information (as in liberty & beer ;).

It also means this content is not targetted at children/minors so I compel parents to not whitelist this gemlog if they don't see it appropriate. It's THEIR children.

Note for betas

Despite my love for Plan 9, anarchism (which I only found about recently) & stuff, I'm 18 yr & don't even know how to program. I'm really lazy & depend on my parents. From this you could argue that it's hypocritical for me to talk about the aforementioned topics since I'm a spoiled bratt, but unlike spoiled bratts I like thinking, questioning the status quo & do nothing about it. This gemlog is more of a manifestation of my feelings & thoughts than anything serious. While I believe some of the topics I wanna talk about are serious, take everything with a grain of humour (& salt).
