Just over a week ago (around 3PM last Friday) the ‘hired guns’ from London (working for Americans connected to Microsoft; the Microsoft connection was affirmed under oath) told us that "within 24 hours of receipt of the sealed order, we will immediately take steps to have the order personally served on each of you."

That didn't happen. The sealed Order was dispatched more than 7 days ago. It was sent to us electronically by the Court.

I am not a lawyer (IANAL), but something doesn't seem right.

2 days ago I confronted them for (once again!) misrepresenting us and deleting critical input from us. Then... all of a sudden, they went silent! How quaint.

I wrote in public (for the record and for my own sake) that this merely gives more grounds or more "teeth" to our Appeal, which they very well know is impending (we never made this a secret, we were upfront about it all along). It's partly drafted already and it matures over time because I can study the rules and protocols, then refine the substance.

It's very much evident they read everything write (in every blog). Please serve the Order upon us so we can deposit our Appeal and seek to rectify matters. That's all I can tell them at this point. Empty threats are their modus operandi (and their clients' also). Let's get on with it. Send the Order, quit procrastinating.

It should be noted that the current Order (tentative) requires developing new programs (our site SSG lacks this functionality), then some proper and thorough testing on a test machine, then deploying to live. The sites run different software. There are many questions that merit answering, but they stopped sending us letters (we are guessing because their client ran out of money he can borrow; he boasts about a table, picture frames, and a soundbar like they're "status symbols"). █
