Fix icons lost off desktop when update

After updating Easy to 5.2.2, a few people reported icons getting lost, and changes to "default applications" getting lost. For example:

I also experienced this. The problem has existed before, but has become more prevalent as we are creating icons on the desktop for installed AppImages and Flatpaks. [...]

Xorg back to old-school without libinput

The Easy Dunfell-series does not have 'xf86-input-libinput' nor 'libinput' packages. Doesn't have 'xf86-input-tslib' nor 'tslib' packages either.

For the Kirstone-series, decided to get more "with it" and added the above packages. However, 'xf86-input-tslib' crashes Xorg on my Acer Aspire 3 laptop. Which doesn't have a touchscreen.
