So you can resolve did:plc:key into an at://handle using plc.directory
and anyone can just, create a plc.directory entry so that you end up with a did document on their server that can be used to share some keys
but there's no way to inject arbitrary URLs into the alsoKnownAs, so there's no way to link the did document of yours on plc.directory to any other did documents.
which kind of breaks two-way validation of DID documents.
