We've meanwhile begun preparations for next month. We plan to visit family and enjoy another year, as tomorrow (5 hours from now) marks just six weeks till the last day of the year.

Digital Sovereignty is connected very closely to the concept of Software Freedom, so let's hope for big milestones next year. We've not outsourced our sites, so we already enjoy many of the benefit of self-governance. Having also shed off Social Control Media, we are a lot more robust to arbitrary censorship or online harassment.

So far not this month we've not observed many FSF donations (this winter's campaign), but then again the FSF isn't advertising that very widely just yet. Mailing lists, for example, are rather quiet. █
