His friends/colleagues alleged he'd plead "mental" to defend himself, but that won't work in the United Kingdom (UK), as he physically and mentally hurt many people - a fact that he's trying to hide using SLAPPs in a foreign continent, where he found an anti-metoo legal team

I've just deposited a roughly 200-page document at the UK High Court - almost as long as my Ph.D. thesis - and will have paid the fee for the Court, just like before. Alex Balabhadra Graveley will likely need to book a flight to the UK this year or next year, facing once again a judge. This time he'll need to explain to the Master (Judge) why he is harassing people who reported, correctly, what he had done to women and what he had done at Microsoft GitHub [1, 2, 3, 4].

He will also need to explain why he's collaborating with "another former Microsoft researcher", who my wife and I sued last year [1, 2] for similar reasons.

Starting "funny" lawsuits against people in another continent turns out not to be so funny after all. Maybe it's common in the US, but Common Law here works differently and judges don't have patience for people who assault women. It's also harder to bribe the system (yes, that's a clue about what happened elsewhere).

Out of respect to the process and to the Court, I shall not share any pertinent details about the case until the Court authorises it, which typically happens when cases end. It'll be a matter of public record, however, as per publicly accessible open data (transparency in the UK is relatively OK) that I've filed a claim. It is also a matter of public record that Alex Balabhadra Graveley opened the case in October last year and then did nothing for nearly 4 months, knowing his case had absolutely no merit. He just sent many threats and the final one may have misused "without prejudice" (the British law firms already have a history at it when it comes to people who exposed abuses like tax-related fraud, then got SLAPPed by the exact same lawyer who months later targeted my wife and I) to hide an extortion attempt that's under active (ongoing, advanced) investigation by British authorities. █
