In spite of efforts at self-fulfilling prophecies, X.Org Server is alive and well because almost everyone still uses it (people need to get stuff done, not render themselves "testers" of IBM experiments and pilots or self-serving business ambitions)

xorg is alive.

Just keep at it. Most people still use this and will use this.
