In India, only about 1 in 8 Web requests comes from Windows

We've only just noticed something important, albeit we rely on one sole Web surveyor.

If these numbers are accurate (the sample size in India ought to be vast), Windows is down to 62% on desktops/laptops in India or 12.5% overall (because Android is so dominant and Web-compatible mobile ownership/usage rose steadily, apparently rising from 2% 15 years ago to about 80% now).
