Ingrid's Back

↺ Ingrid's Back
A bit of nostalgia, I quite enjoyed text adventures on my C64 but never really had the patience to master the syntax parser. Being able to create my own text adventures started me on the road to programming myself.

Creative Mornings

I've always wanted to attend the original events in NYC, but never made my way over since they are done on Friday mornings when I worked in an office. Now that I'm remote and in another city (near Detroit), I'm going to give myself the ability to go to the talks that speak to me. I'd love to pivot my career a little bit from tech to something technical yet creative, and well, that will be a whole 'nother series of blog posts!

FIRSTLY! welcome any/all newcomers who are here following the shutdown of cohost! hope you're all well! it still feels so weird to me that cohost is closed now. that website had its flaws, which many have discussed far better than i could, but i enjoyed my time there and will really miss it. godspeed young eggbug...
