GNU/Linux in Georgia: Looking Good

LOOKING at these numbers from statCounter (ODF), and moreover taking some politics into account, it strikes us as newsworthy. Android has just surged to new all-time highs of 46% (Windows down from 99% to less than 33%) and "proper" GNU/Linux, i.e. not Chromebooks, has become quite significant, growing from sub-1% to over 5%.█
