In Nigeria, Africa's (by Far) Largest Population, Microsoft Bing is the 0%

To Microsoft, Africa is just "someplace" to get intensive, hard-working human 'resources' (tech labour) at 2 dollars 'apiece' as in per person per hour (for working on LLMs*). To Bill Gates, it's a lab for human experimentation, a place to exploit people in order to sell patented crap in the West. Now that we see that there are mass layoffs at Microsoft Nigeria [1, 2, 3] it is notworthy that, with or without LLMs, Bing is stuck at zero:

• Microsoft got rid of them, too. Apparently paying 2 bucks an hour in Kenya is too expensive for Microsoft. Remember what Bill Gates has been doing to Kenyans. “Philanthropic racism” is a hallmark of his work in Africa.
