End of a Long February

February 29th, Leap Year
IN the middle of last month and of this month we took stock of most-accessed articles for the first fortnight of the month. With a leap year this year (yes, Olympics) we're not yet in the last day of February, but looking at popular or most viewed stories (over 1,000 requests in HTTP/S, not counting Gemini), we have this top 10:
- 1 GNU/Linux likely installed on over 100 million laptops and desktops
- 2 Chrome has truly taken over (Chrome dominant in every country)
- 3 Firefox still surviving in France
- 4 Google isn't dying like Microsoft told us
- 5 EPO is shedding off essential workers
- 6 Microsoft is shedding off lots of workers (almost a thousand) in California
- 7 Jack Wallen seems to be "selling out" again
- 8 Debian covers up deaths
- 9 Microsoft in trouble (financially) and GitHub won't stay 'free'
That's it for now. █
