The GNU/Linux Revolution Ain't Here. Look at Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa (BRICS) Instead.
Forget VSCode (Microsoft's Proprietary Spyware), Use KATE Instead

THE Web survey numbers for September/October are starting to trickle in. Bing is down sharply (its proxy, DDG, is also going nowhere fast) and we'll soon see how sharp a fall ChatGPT suffers (it fell by about 30% this past summer). Here's Bing down to 2.5%.

See? So all this chaffbot hype certainly doomed Google's dominance in search. Or not...

Meanwhile we observe Windows down 2.5% this month (in general, down to 68% on laptops/desktops alone; screenshots at the bottom showing the data*) and we know that the next massive wave of Microsoft layoffs is just a matter of time. Press outlets mostly failed to report that Bing is collapsing, many lose their job there, and the rest get relocated out of their offices in Bellevue. It's not a pretty picture. █
