17:43 schestowitz[TR2]; IBM will continue moving jobs around (both overseas as well as from senior to junior staff) because the management will continue to feel that they have no choice. They are addicted to free cash flow, and the easiest way to do it is to cut staffing costs.

You have to grow the business by developing and selling new products and services, and IBM is unlikely to do it with their current staffing practices.
