●● Surge in Microsoft Traffic Suggests There’s Hearsay — Maybe Panic — About the July 2023 Layoffs
Posted in Microsoft, Rumour at 7:30 pm by Dr. Roy Schestowitz
We’re begun seeing a surge and it’s centered around articles about Microsoft’s July 2023 layoffs.
There are also several new comments in thelayoff.com tonight, including:
Image: @exvz+1n5VHb7T: not trying to 'create fear' - trying to confirm what a fellow employee told me.
Also:
Image: On top of letting go of people for no real reason (it's not like we didn't beat the street), the way 'funding' has been lately - granted then cut by the quarter going forward, granted again and spending starts then clawed back... it's unreal that a company this size is run like it is. Already seeing outsourcing overseas...
People not happy:
Image: The most self-serving article/post from a CEO I have read in a while -'landmark year'... so great we beat earnings by .22, but we are going to lay people off anyway! Maybe he should leave while he's at the top with his landmark year...
Summary: There’s Microsoft gossip or rumours regarding an impending big wave of layoffs; the source of these rumours is 100% external to us (independent) and pro-Microsoft media chaff seems to be proactive 'damage control'
