Summary: It’s not unreasonable to suspect that Bill Gates — via the Gates Foundation — was passing a cleverly-disguised bribe to control Sirius ‘Open Source’ because years prior Microsoft managers phoned the company to complain about Roy; the NDA was signed when Roy investigated serious crimes and arrest (for pedophilia) at the private home of Bill Gates; very suspicious (even illegal) things happened after the NDA had been signed
