Glad to have found this just as I was starting my own internet reduction journey. I'm still figuring out what parts of the internet I want to keep and which to let go of completely, but I'm finding myself being much more in control of the information I consume simply by getting off of the endless feeds entirely. Starting to think it would be a good idea to open a digital detox camp to share the pleasant mindfulness with others
