Things I self-host:

Akkoma - highly configurable ActivityPub server software with low resource requirements and very low bandwidth use by default.
tootik - ActivityPub server with a Gemini frontend.
Miniflux - minimalist RSS feed reader.
GmCapsule - Gemini server written by SkyJake.
Pi-Hole - An ad-blocker for your whole network that can easily be run on a ~1-watt computer, e.g. pi zero or equivalent
Matrix - encrypted messaging, group chat, video calls, etc

Web Search:

SearchMySite.net - curated search engine for the indieweb & small web.
Marginalia.nu - aims to be a search engine for the small web, ephemera, and the weird.
SearXNG - configurable search aggregator. I currently use this as my main web search.
Wiby - search engine that indexes simple, light websites (i.e., minimal CSS/JavaScript)
