Manello's Space #

Welcome to my personal Gemini capsule!

This capsule is dedicated to my ideas; a space to express my thoughts and inspire others with my findings. The content may range from slightly philosophical but still pragmatic thesis to daily problems, and down to more techy updates on my projects.

About Me

If you are curious, here is a short wrap-up about me:

I am Manello, a guy who discovered the great possibilities of computers pretty early in life. My oldest hobby which I still exercise today, gaming, was brought to me by my dad. He wanted to show me the games he is playing on the PC. Well, and guess what, a 4 years old child wants to play games too, and not just be looking at them.

Gaming and the dream of becoming a game developer are part of what made me teach myself coding. As a nice addition, this brought me some jobs as a software engineer.

Soon I realized that coding alone isn't my destination. I felt like I needed a bigger playground, new challenges, and more input. Thus I went to university in order to study aerospace engineering. Today I work as an self-employed electronic engineer specialized in space ready electronics.

Career aside, I've always loved to go mountaineering in the alps and visit new cultures all around the world. I am also a very passionate cook, and like to garden. (Altough the current lack of dirt makes it hard for me to pursue the latter.)

I am also very interested in space, physics, gaming, retro computing and most technological topics. And I am possibly slightly worried about the status of our world.
