A note on a recent fontconfig change

If the file named 70-no-bitmaps.conf is symlinked within the /etc/fonts/conf.d/ folder, which disables bitmap fonts, note that this file is deprecated in later versions of fontconfig.

A symptom of this issue is the ugly bitmap fonts suddenly being used in Firefox when they were previously disabled.

Symlink the file named 70-no-bitmaps-except-emoji.conf instead to disable those bitmap fonts again.
