A tiny thing that can help detect fake login websites

To make a 🦊 addon:

1. Install web-ext tool for packaging (npm install --global web-ext)

2. Write manifest.json

3. Add assets, javascript code, html...

4. Generate xpi file (zip actually) - web-ext build

5. Mozilla-signed xpi can be obtained after verification of your addon. You need Firefox account to submit.

This might be useful for debugging: web-ext run

Alternatively, about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox, then "Load Temporary Add-On" - point to manifest.json.
