Can thread posts contain paragraphs? How can I insert a newline without "Send"ing what I've typed thus far?

Is there any specific reason why not? On my gemini server it was because of a bug in the server code. I also know not all clients support newlines in text input.

hm maybe it is possible then? but i haven't seen any clients that support newlines in text input

Using Lagrange for iOS I guess it’s possible. Let’s see if these newlines appear in the post… Line 1 Line 2
