think Shift-Enter for a lline break is going to be awkward - pressing Enter is tied into muscle memory for going to a new line. The split in his message is because I accidentally pressed <Enter>. I think <enter for a line break and <Ctrl-Enter> to send (like Thunderbird email would be less error-prone.
