The Casual Cyclist
An analog photo guide to riding bikes in the Midwest during quarantine
For at least 50 years my dad's Yashika Lynx 1000 Rangefinder has sat collecting dust in a box full of the few mementos that he has from his dad. Buried underneath chemistry sets and x-ray tech supplies, the camera hadn't been touched since his dad's passing. During my strangely extended time in Springfield throughout the pandemic, he insisted that I dig it out and give it some use. I'm no photographer, and I don't have any idea of what I'm doing, but as a quarantine project, I am going to be riding around taking pandemic portraits of all of the friends that I'm no longer able to see normally. Flounder is where that project will live. ``` ### Stay tuned for the first roll of developed film
