offlineimap

Synchronize a remote IMAP server with local Maildir folders.

• Synchronize once, without enabling autorefresh:

offlineimap -o

• Synchronize a specific account:

offlineimap -a {account}

• Synchronize a specific folder:

offlineimap -f {folder}
