dvc unfreeze

Unfreeze stages in the DVC pipeline.

This allows DVC to start tracking changes in stage dependencies again after they were frozen.

• Unfreeze 1 or more specified stages:

dvc unfreeze {stage_name_a} [{stage_name_b} ...]
