A documentation system for various programming languages.

• Generate a default template configuration file `Doxyfile`:

doxygen -g

• Generate a template configuration file:

doxygen -g {path/to/config_file}

• Generate documentation using an existing configuration file:

doxygen {path/to/config_file}
